YOSS Employee Portal
YOSS is Greene County School System's secure, web-based platform for employee forms, workflows, and administrative processes. It replaces Etrieve and provides a single location for many of the district's Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, and operational functions.
Through YOSS, employees can complete and submit electronic forms, route documents for approval, track the status of requests, and securely access documents based on their assigned permissions. The platform streamlines district processes, reduces paper use, and improves efficiency by replacing manual workflows with digital approvals and automated routing.
Each employee is granted access to specific forms, documents, and features based on their role within the district. Once a form is submitted, users can monitor its progress throughout the approval process and receive notifications when action is required.
Staff Sign-In Instructions
- Go to the Greene County School System YOSS Employee Portal.
- Sign in using your Greene County School System email address (@greene.k12.ga.us) and your district credentials.
- If you are creating an account or signing in for the first time, please follow the instructions in this Guide to Getting Started with YOSS.
- After signing in, you will have access to the forms, workflows, and resources available to your role.

Signing Out
When you are finished using YOSS, select your profile or account menu in the upper-right corner of the screen and choose Sign Out.
