Care Solace - Wellness Program

The Greene County School System is committed to the well-being of our students, staff and families to create a safe and healthy learning environment. In support of our ongoing commitment, we have partnered with Care Solace, a mental health care coordination service, to help staff and students connect to quality mental healthcare providers. This is a free resource for you and your family, paid for and provided by the district. This 24/7/365 service is available to you during the summer in addition to during the school year. At no cost to you, Care Solace can quickly and confidentially help you find the right help at the right time.

A multi-lingual support team is available around the clock by phone to help you understand care options, call providers on your behalf, and help you schedule an appointment; or, you can use Care Match, Care Solace’s self-serve website, to find a provider anonymously at www.caresolace.com/greene. The Care Solace team is focused on personalized care, in order to help you connect to providers matched to your needs, whether that be in-person, or via teletherapy. They will connect you with providers accepting all medical insurances including Medicaid, Medicare, and sliding scale options for those without insurance. All information entered on the Care Solace tool is completely confidential and securely stored.

It’s easy to get connected to care today by calling 888-515-0595 or by visiting www.caresolace.com/greene.
