Student Support Services
The Student Support Services Department is dedicated to helping every student succeed by ensuring access to the resources, services, and support systems needed to thrive in school and in life. We recognize that students learn best when their academic, social, emotional, physical, and personal needs are supported. Through collaboration with families, educators, school leaders, and community partners, our department works to create learning environments where all students feel safe, connected, valued, and prepared to reach their full potential.
Our team provides a comprehensive network of services designed to remove barriers to learning, promote student well-being, and support positive educational outcomes. Whether addressing attendance concerns, supporting student health and wellness, providing specialized educational services, or connecting families with additional resources, we are committed to meeting students where they are and helping them move forward with confidence and success.
At the Greene County School System, we believe that every student deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve. The Student Support Services Department plays a vital role in ensuring that students receive the individualized support they need while fostering a culture of belonging, engagement, and achievement across all schools. By focusing on the whole child, we help empower students to overcome challenges, build resilience, and develop the skills necessary for lifelong success.
