Education: Bachelor of Science in Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University
Hobbies/Interests: I have been active in Scouting as an Assistant Scout Master, the Atlanta Economic Society and the Atlanta CFA Society. I also coached several different youth sports teams. Currently, I build dollhouses as a hobby. My wife Judy and I live in Reynolds at Lake Oconee and have 4 grown children and 9 grandchildren.
Career: Started my career at the Office of Finance of the Federal Home Loan Bank System as a Senior Financial Analyst and then Manager of Financial Analysis. Was promoted to VP/ Treasurer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston. Left the FHLB system to become SVP and Treasurer of Comfed Bank in Lowell, Ma. In 1991, I moved to the Atlanta area and joined Prudential Bank as Treasurer. In 2000 I left banking and joined a bank consulting and software firm, US Banking Alliance as SVP. USBA was purchased by Jack Henry Company in 2006. I remained there until 2013 when I joined FIMAC, a bank Asset Liability software firm as SVP. In 2014, I was recruited to Precision Lender, a financial technology company, and is currently a Managing Director in the Quantitative Section.
