Online Registration (OLR)
The 2022-2023 registration application is now open!
Parents and guardians of new students entering Greene County School System (GCSS) for the 2022-23 school year are now able to register using the district’s Online Registration Application (OLR). The OLR tool allows parents and guardians the opportunity to navigate through a series of prompts to enter the vital information needed to initiate the registration process.
Through online registration, parents can register multiple students all at one time. This process will eliminate the multiple paper documents historically required for registration. The OLR tool will provide the convenience of entering information with the ability to save their work in progress for completion at a later time.
This safe and secure system will make registration available from most internet-enabled devices, reducing the amount of trips to the registration center. Once the application has been approved, you will receive an approval email from Infinite Campus.
For parents unable to access the internet, Greene County Schools has a designated Kiosk setup at our Central Registration site located at 101 East Third Street, Greensboro, GA 30642. Parents will be able to complete the process using the Kiosk, by appointment. Preparing for Online Registration (New Students)
Be prepared for Online Registration by gathering the following documentation:
Household Information: Current driver’s license and two additional forms of proof must be submitted.
THE LIST BELOW CONTAINS THE ACCEPTABLE ITEMS for proof of Residency:
- Current vehicle registration that matches the driver’s license submitted
- Current employee check stub with current address (ONLY THE TOP PORTION OF THE STUB IS NEEDED)
- Utility bill: Current electricity, gas or water bill with current address
- Lease Agreement, closing statement, or other home dwelling document.
Parent Information: Work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
Student Information: Demographic and health/medication information.
Health/medication information consists of:
- Birth Certificate
- Health History
- Physician Name and Phone Number
- Current Immunization Certificate
Full legal name, date of birth and phone number for each contact
