Education: Undergraduate in Mathematics Education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Masters in Instructional Technology from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
Hobbies/Interests: I have 2 daughters and one grandchild. I studied in Austria for a semester during college. What fun to explore the world!
Career: I taught mathematics for 30 years at Hazelwood West junior/senior high school in St. Louis, Mo. I coached cheerleading, track and girls golf as well as sponsoring the math club.
Note to students: Everyone you meet has an effect on your life and you have an effect on theirs. Learn from everyone and everything. You never know what will become important. The world changes so quickly. Be open to it and embrace it. Who knows what your life holds???
