November and December GCHS Rotary Students of the Month
Ayesha Allen selected Ms. Gunter as her teacher for November's Social Studies GCHS Rotary Student of the Month. Ayesha hopes to attend the University of Georgia and study criminal justice. She looks forward to a career with the FBI; but, she would also enjoy being a criminal defense attorney. At school, Ayesha is a member of the school's Academic Bowl Team, Beta, Interact, and the Tome Society.
The math department Rotary SOM for October is Danajh Wright. Pictured with his parents at Convocation, Danajh takes pride in his athletic and academic accomplishments. Captain of the varsity basketball team, he is also a member of Beta, Inteact, DECA, and Youth Leadership Greene. Danajh chose Mrs. Weaver as his teacher but he also embraces the fact that his mother has been his "lifeline" coach.
