Georgia Special Needs Scholarship (GSNS) Program

Georgia State Law, often referred to as Senate Bill 10, gives parents of public school students who have had an Individualized Education Plan, or IEP the option to consider transferring their child to another school either within their district where space is available and parents provide transportation, out of district or to a participating private school.  This is referred to as the Georgia Special Needs Scholarship Program.

Detailed information and eligibility criteria can be found below, or you may pick up an application at the Board of Education office.
