The departments in the Greene County School District all work collaboratively to create the best teaching and learning environment for our students. The team meets monthly to study issues, provide assistance to our schools, enhance communication throughout the organization, and make recommendations to the Superintendent.

Over the past year, our departments have focused on the development and implementation of a district-wide strategic improvement plan, unified staff guidelines, and student discipline procedures. The team has recently launched an analysis of our personnel and fiscal procedures to ensure that we are efficient and maximize our resources. Monthly meetings have proven to be productive, as they promote accountability and cooperation amongst the leaders in our school district.
